Biography:

Steve Spencer currently serves as Strategic Partnerships Manager for the ServLine Program. He is responsible for working with The National Rural Water Association and State Rural Water Associations to create growth opportunities and develop educational programing for their membership. Prior to ServLine, Steve worked in business development for publicly traded domestic and international corporations, privately held companies and nonprofits and the water utility industry.
