Since its founding in 2003, HomeServe has been working in partnership with utilities and municipalities across the country to provide solutions that help address aging private and public infrastructure.
We are pleased to work with municipalities and utilities of all sizes to bring the National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program (NLC SLWP) and the ServLine Program to their communities. The NLC SLWP, the only program of its kind endorsed by the National League of Cities, partners with over 1,200 cities and utilities and 16 state municipal leagues. ServLine, an affinity partner of the National Rural Water Association and 31 State Rural Water Associations, is offered by 215 water utilities.

What Do We Do?
HomeServe is a leading provider of solutions to educate and protect homeowners and provide critical infrastructure improvements. Our NLC Service Line Warranty Program covers repairs and replacements of private service lines, while the ServLine Program insures utilities and their customers against the excess expense resulting from customer water leaks.
National SLWP Partnerships
We’ve been an NLC partner since 2010, giving peace of mind to city officials and residents who face the issue of failing infrastructure. Click the video above to hear from folks who work with communities across the country, or click below to learn about our NLC partnership.
ServLine is an affinity partner of the National Rural Water Association and 31 State Rural Water Associations. The program is offered by 215 water utilities to protect customers from an excess water bill due to a leak, while helping the utility recapture leak-related lost revenue and resources involved in the administration of the leak adjustment process.
