The NLC Service Line Warranty Program by HomeServe (formerly known as Utility Service Partners, Inc. (USP)) welcomes 36 new partners this fall – including several cities in Arizona, Iowa, Texas and Canada! These cities join more than 239 municipalities across North America offering the National League of Cities (NLC) Service Line Warranty Program and the Service Line Warranties of Canada program to homeowners.

The National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program is a voluntary program available only through direct partnership with cities and municipalities.
