Utility Service Partners, Inc. (USP) welcomes 12 new fall partners—including Hamilton, Ontario; Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tucson, Arizona—who join more than 200 municipalities across North America offering the National League of Cities (NLC) Service Line Warranty Program to homeowners.

“We are delighted to welcome our new partners, their homeowners and local contractors to our program,” said Philip Riley, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer for USP. “Expanding our service area provides peace of mind to more homeowners across the nation while also bringing attention to a national effort to address aging infrastructure.”

New partners include:

  • Bessemer, Alabama
  • Cleveland Heights, Ohio
  • Elmwood Park, Illinois
  • Eufaula, Oklahoma
  • Exira, Iowa
  • Hamilton, Ontario
  • Lakeside Park, Kentucky
  • Rittman, Ohio
  • Riverdale, Georgia
  • Tucson, Arizona
  • Tulsa, Oklahoma
  • Weston, West Virginia

The National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program is a voluntary program available only through direct partnership with cities and municipalities. Warranty protection is offered to homeowners at an affordable price for water and sewer line failures due to normal wear and tear.

“Homeowners are already burdened with a number of expenses,” said Riley. “This program helps provide peace of mind while also providing a solution for cities to help their communities address their specific needs due to age, tree root intrusion, ground shifting and weather—all factors which are covered through the program.”
