Sewer Line Warranty Program
Posted Date: 10/4/2012

Prairie Village residents will soon be receiving a letter regarding the Sewer Service Line Warranty Program. The first letter was sent last year when the program was initiated and residents who are not part of the program will receive a second letter this year inviting them to join the program. Residents who have already joined the program will be receiving a renewal notice. The letter will come from Service Line Warranties of America and the City of Prairie Village.

Residents are responsible for the sewer lines that go from their houses to the utility connection and repairs to these lines can be very expensive. The Service Line Warranty program provides low cost, worry free warranty protection for sewer lines.

The program is provided through a partnership with the National League of Cities and Service Line Warranties of America. The Prairie Village City Council supports this program due to the potential benefits to homeowners. For more information on the program, call 1-855-535-7141 or visit www.slwofa.com.
