Utility Service Partners signs agreement with PlusOne Solutions to manage compliance

(USP) is proud to partner with PlusOne Solutions to provide a Safe Contracting Program including the management of insurance and licenses plus background/drug screen verification and assessment for all USP Contractor Network partners across the nation.
