Biography:
Mike is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, which has prepared him for working with municipal leaders and presenting to leaders across the nation. An experienced leader with management and customer service experience, Mike has extensive experience providing outstanding service and was even ranked in the top ten for Outstanding Customer Service as the Branch Manager for Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Since joining Utility Service Partners, Inc. in 2009, he has helped improve program offerings through feedback from partners and develop many programs around the eastern states.
Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and meeting new people. He enjoys the outdoors and reading as much as he can about United States history.
