Biography:
Brian is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication and also studied abroad in Oxford, England, which has helped him develop a keen understanding of the inner workings of local government and appreciate the challenges faced by municipal leaders today.
An established speaker for many state and regional conferences, Brian has served as the Director of the Texas and Midwest ICMA Alliance of Innovation and founded Accountability International, Inc., a web-based productivity tool that has saved the public and private sectors millions of dollars. He also co-authored the book, “Bottom Line Green: How America’s Cities are Saving the Planet (and Money Too).” He has also served as the keynote speaker for various regional and national conferences.
When he’s not traveling, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
